📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of professionalism.
• Manage inventory and sales using Square POS and Toast to ensure smooth operations.
• Create and enforce service standards to ensure consistency and quality in guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on exceeding expectations.
• Monitor and report on team performance, sales, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to support the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end or speakeasy setting.
• Proven ability to manage teams, train staff, and maintain high service standards.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, sales tracking, and POS systems like Square POS or Toast.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian hospitality culture and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on detail and efficiency.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
• Must be available to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
