📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash operations, including counting, depositing, and reconciling cash.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding cash handling and financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports using FamilyMart's internal systems.
• Work closely with the store manager and accounting team to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Train and supervise cashiers and other staff on proper cash handling procedures.
• Monitor and maintain the security of cash and financial records.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly financial reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cash management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cash management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
