📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on client computers
• Repair and replace faulty computer components as needed
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications
• Provide technical support to clients over the phone and in person
• Maintain and update inventory of computer parts and accessories
• Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of computer systems
• Assist in setting up and configuring new computer systems for clients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in computer repair and maintenance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in computer repair and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common software applications
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required
