In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top digital creators across various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. You will work closely with our client team to understand their specific needs and preferences, and then use your extensive network and recruitment skills to find the perfect match. Your daily tasks will include conducting thorough research, reaching out to potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

• Sourcing and recruiting top digital creators across various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
• Conducting thorough research and outreach to potential candidates.
• Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential candidates.
• Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Collaborating with the client team to understand their specific needs and preferences.
• Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Providing regular reports on recruitment activities and pipeline status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in the digital creator space.
• A strong network of digital creators across various platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in recruitment or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
