📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve operational efficiency.,Assess training needs and design appropriate training materials.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide guidance and support to employees during training sessions.,Collaborate with the Training Officer to ensure the smooth execution of training activities.,Maintain training records and reports for compliance and evaluation purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is a plus.,Familiarity with logistics and transportation industry is an advantage.
