📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and organize a variety of events, including adoption drives, grooming workshops, and community meetups.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and attract attendees.
• Manage event budgets and ensure financial compliance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and materials for event promotion.
• Oversee event logistics, including registration, ticketing, and on-site operations.
• Gather feedback from event attendees to continuously improve future events.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for pets.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation.
