📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of crew members to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Train and develop crew members to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or customer service roles, preferably in a leadership position.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
