📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, install, and maintain electrical systems according to industry standards and regulations.,Supervise and coordinate the work of junior electricians and technicians.,Ensure the safety and compliance of all electrical work with relevant codes and regulations.,Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems.,Develop and implement electrical safety protocols and procedures.,Provide technical guidance and training to team members.,Manage project timelines and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.,Certification as a licensed electrician (e.g., Master Electrician).,Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using electrical design and drafting software.,Experience with industrial electrical systems is a plus.
