📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations including planning, implementation, and control.,Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor junior logistics staff, providing guidance and support.,Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers and customers.,Handle and resolve any logistics-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics software and systems.,Proven ability to manage and optimize logistics operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
