CV Firdaus Abadi is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Gianyar. We are a growing restaurant chain with a strong reputation for quality food and service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer experiences.

We are offering a competitive salary package of Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 16.000.000 per month. This is a full-time position with immediate start.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service.
  • Ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the restaurant budget and ensure that it is used efficiently.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Work with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is profitable and meets or exceeds all financial targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work well with a team and individually.
  • Familiarity with food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to use POS systems and other restaurant management software.
