📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the assigned kitchen section.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of kitchen staff.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Report on section performance and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle any customer complaints or issues related to the section.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid food handler's certificate.
