📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct assessments and provide feedback to measure the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to develop their skills and knowledge.,Evaluate and select training materials, tools, and resources to support the learning process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or trainer in a similar role.,Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject matter being taught.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to design and facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
