📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Observing and assisting teachers in the classroom to support students with diverse learning needs.
  • Providing one-on-one and small group instruction to students.
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of inclusive teaching strategies.
  • Participating in staff meetings and professional development activities.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Adhering to all school policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching or working in an educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of inclusive education principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting all students.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid teaching certificate or equivalent is a plus.
