📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Support the management of learning materials and resources.,Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful execution of training initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the development of training materials and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development or training role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Passion for education and a commitment to helping others grow and succeed.
