📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with the HR Manager for further stages.
• Maintain and update job postings on our career portal and other job boards.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall recruitment goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using common HR software and tools.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
