📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and guidance,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and sales events,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance store visibility and sales

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using retail management software,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
