Bloom Easy Sejahtera is seeking a talented and experienced Deputy Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and executing menus, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menus.,Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively.,Monitor food costs and inventory.,Participate in menu development and cost analysis.,Train and develop junior kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Experience with kitchen management software is a plus.,Valid food handler's certificate.
