📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet of vehicles,Ensure all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and are roadworthy,Manage vehicle schedules, including fueling, servicing, and repairs,Monitor vehicle usage and performance to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations
