PT Jelita Perniagaan Indonesia is seeking a dedicated HSE Engineer with strong English communication skills to join our team in Indramayu, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of our employees and the environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.,Investigate and report on accidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Monitor and report on environmental performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation and records.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HSE management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and English languages, with excellent communication skills.,Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is a plus.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and enforcing HSE policies and procedures.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally and nationally.
