📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain procurement strategies to ensure the organization meets its supply needs.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for our organization.,Manage the procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.,Evaluate and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making and improve procurement processes.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and support business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and practices.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
