📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and answering customer inquiries.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and are in good condition.,Assist in stock management by keeping track of inventory levels and ensuring that products are restocked as needed.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales and customer service skills.,Assist in promotional activities and events to increase product visibility and sales.,Support the team in maintaining accurate sales records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or have limited experience in retail sales.,Proven ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of basic sales techniques and principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and retail software.,Ability to lift and carry products up to 20 kg.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
