KOL & Talent Recruitment Specialist (Remote - Bali)

This is a 100% remote position with flexible working hours, allowing you to work from anywhere in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. As a KOL & Talent Recruitment Specialist at PT LUNA TOP MEDIA, you will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and managing relationships with influencers and talent across various platforms and industries. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to ensure that our campaigns are executed seamlessly and that our partners are satisfied with the results.

This role offers a competitive salary of IDR 5,000,000 - IDR 10,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and engage with potential influencers and talent through various channels such as social media, email, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough research on influencers and talent to ensure they align with our brand values and campaign objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with influencers and talent to ensure a successful partnership.
• Monitor and report on the performance of influencers and talent to track the success of our campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop and execute influencer and talent strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital media and influencer marketing.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on the status of our influencer and talent partnerships.
• Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network with potential influencers and talent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and managing relationships with influencers and talent.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar social media management platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for digital media and influencer marketing.
