🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,At least 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and infection control protocols.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English language.,Valid nursing license and certification.
