The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the kitchen from anywhere while ensuring the best service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain food inventory and ordering systems.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Manage kitchen budgets and cost controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with remote management tools and software.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to travel to the kitchen location as needed.
