Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all departments.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring timely resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
