In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the best candidates for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and a passion for building a strong, diverse team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong candidate database and follow up on applications.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
