📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 2 technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot various software applications and systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity and security.,Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless system operations.,Provide IT support during after-hours and weekends as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
