Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods.,Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure and hazard-free working environment.,Optimize warehouse processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with inventory management policies.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and reducing costs.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
