📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with the latest training trends and best practices,Provide training and development support to managers and supervisors,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with the company's goals and objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management software is a plus
