📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staff management, and inventory control.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure they meet quality and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry best practices.
• Manage and maintain clinic equipment and supplies.
• Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on clinic performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff productivity.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinic policies and procedures.
• Promote and uphold the clinic's brand values and mission.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong knowledge of beauty and wellness treatments, including facials, waxing, and massage.
• Experience with clinic management software, such as SalonSoft or Vagaro.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Beauty Therapy, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
