📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Manage and maintain property records, including lease agreements and maintenance logs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Conduct regular facility inspections and audits
- Develop and implement facility improvement plans
- Manage budgets and expenses for facility operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and property users
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or property management
- Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi, BuildingIQ, or similar
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of local language (Bahasa Indonesia) a plus
