📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on ATMs to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ATM issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Monitor ATM transactions and performance metrics to identify and address any anomalies.
• Collaborate with the IT and customer support teams to ensure seamless banking operations.
• Conduct regular software and hardware updates on ATMs as required.
• Document all maintenance activities and issues encountered, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide on-site support and training to bank staff on ATM operations and maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ATM performance and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ATM maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ATM software and hardware, including NCR, Diebold, or similar brands.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and security protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as required.
