📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the grocery department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and train a team of retail staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems, including stock control and replenishment processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the retail or grocery industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
