📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee corporate legal matters, including contract negotiations, corporate governance, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage land and regulatory matters, including land acquisition, zoning, and environmental compliance.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to the management team on a wide range of legal issues.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote compliance and good governance.
• Manage a team of legal professionals, providing them with the guidance and support they need to excel in their roles.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and industry regulations, and advise the company accordingly.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations, as needed.
• Ensure that the company’s legal practices are in line with best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate, land, and regulatory law.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian law and regulations, particularly those related to corporate governance, land acquisition, and environmental compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as CaseMap, Westlaw, or LexisNexis.
• Certification in corporate governance or a related field is a plus.
