📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees, including pre-employment, periodic, and post-exposure evaluations.
• Provide medical advice and consultations to employees regarding occupational health issues.
• Implement and monitor health promotion programs to improve the overall well-being of our workforce.
• Manage and maintain accurate medical records and health data using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and standards.
• Conduct workplace inspections to identify and address potential health and safety hazards.
• Provide training and education to employees on health and safety topics, including first aid and emergency response.
• Participate in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Occupational Health Nurse in a mining or industrial setting.
• Certification as an Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) from a recognized professional organization.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations and standards, including OSHA and ISO 45001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a strong commitment to health and safety.
• Valid nursing license and good standing with the relevant regulatory body.
